The ground level of Drottningholm features a covered porch on the east side that enters the foyer. This leads to the living area which is located on the southwest side offering a great view of the Gulf of Mexico and access to theoutside deck. There is a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping. There is a kitchenette with a sink, refrigerator and basic appliances. The southeast bedroom has two queen beds. This room has private access to the common full bath with a stand up shower which also allows entry from the foyer. This bath also accommodates the northwest bedroom that has two twin bunk beds accommodating four. Stairs located on the east side lead to the main level Drottningholm where you will be welcomed by a large great room that includes the living area, dining area and roomy kitchen complete with modern appliances. Windows span the width of the south side of this area and with access to the balcony everyone has room to sit and relax while the sun goes down. To accommodate additional guests the living area has a sleeper sofa. There are two bedrooms on this level located on the northeast and northwest sides. The northeast bedroom has a king bed with a private full bath with a tub/shower combination while the northwest bedroom has a king bed with private access to the common full bath also with a tub/shower combination. This bath also allows access from the hallway. A full size washer/dryer is conveniently located on this main level. Topping off this great vacation home is the third level which houses three bedrooms, a living area with a convenient wet bar and an additional laundry facility. The spacious master bedroom is located on the southeast side and has a king bed with private access to the outside deck. Luxuriate in the large private bath featuring a whirlpool tub, separate shower and double sink vanity. The northeast bedroom has a king bed with a private full bath with a tub/shower combination. The remaining bedroom on the northwest side has two twin beds with private access to the common full bath also with a tub/shower combination. This bath can also be accessed from the hallway. Drottningholm has tile and carpet throughout and is non-smoking. |
