The Golf Club of The Wharf: The Golf Club of The Wharf offers a
spectacular golfing experience. The beautiful setting, challenging course, and
elegant clubhouse create a golf atmosphere that both the golf novice and
enthusiast will admire. Designed in the traditional plantation-style, The
Clubhouse at The Golf Club of The Wharf is complete with a dining room and
golf Pro Shop. The Clubhouse is perfectly situated to give guests a
spectacular view of the surrounding fairways. The Golf Club’s 18
championship holes were designed by the renowned father-son team of Jay and
Carter Morrish, and feature a few sharp doglegs, bunkers, and the occasional
water hazard.
Formerly known as The Gulf Shores Golf Club, the course was built in the
1960's and was the first golf course in Gulf Shores. In November 2005, the
course closed to undergo a complete renovation. Taking place under the
guidance of Jay and Carter Morrish, the renovation lengthened the par 71
course by 300 yards and added numerous water features, enhanced fairways, and
additional bunkers. The goals to beautify and enhance the course, and to make
play more challenging, have been achieved. There are now holes that are so
dramatically changed that you cannot stand in the fairway and believe you are
on the same course. The Morrish group delivered on their promise and the
result is a spectacular product that no golf enthusiast will want to miss.
Cypress Bend Course at Craft Farms: Cypress Bend at Craft Farms boasts
a 4-1/2 star rating by Golf Digest and was rated the #1 most playable new
course in the US at its inception. This architectural masterpiece, features
staggered tee boxes, sprawling bunkers, top quality putting surfaces and
year–round lush and green conditions. A perfect compliment to its big
sister, Cotton Creek, this course has a coastal feel as it traverses a unique
system of cord-grass accented lakes which come into play on nearly every hole.
Cypress Bend offers wide fairways, vast landing areas and large undulating
greens, giving golfers confidence as they prepare to tackle this Palmer
creation.

For those who live for the experience and have a passion for the game there
is no place like Lost Key Golf Club. Conviently located minutes from the sugar
sand beaches of Gulf Shores, Orange Beach and historic downtown Pensacola on
the Barrier Island of Perdido Key.
Redesigned by the Arnold Palmer Design Group in 2006, the par 71 signature
designed championship course features the premiere grass Sea Dwarf Paspalum
from tee to green for the optimum in quality playing surfaces and green
speeds. Each golf hole includes four sets of tees, and offers players of all
skill levels a unique visual and strategic playing experience. Lost Key was
the first golf course in the state of Florida and the world to be certified
as an Audubon International Silver Signature Sanctuary. The project continues
to protect the natural resources of the area while providing an excellent
golf experience.
